Look What The Lord Has Done…
“And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the LORD working with and confirming the word with signs following.”
Mark 16:20, Wycliffe
Psalm 107:20 was the verse that started me on the road to recovery after suffering a stroke over 18 years ago.
I was partially paralyzed and could not speak. Since we lived in the Seattle area at the time I had been taken to Harbor View Medical Center for evaluation. I was messed up . . . tried to read my Bible . . . it looked like musical notes and I don't read music!
After receiving prayer with the laying on of hands and anointing with oil I could read again. But I only had a one-word comprehension level. (See James 5:14)
This is my personal testimony and I cannot tell you exactly why I received my healing in portions instead of all at once. I know that both exist in the Bible. I did not know how Jesus was going to heal me but I had a knowing in my heart that He would.
I was convinced in His word even though I didn't have the full manifestation of healing as of yet. I was determined to believe.
I would read aloud and speak out the words of Psalm 107:20 word by word -- one word at a time -- until I could comprehend it entirely.
Then I began to read out loud other healing Scriptures and confess them openly by speaking them over my mind and body.
The process was deliberate and as I confessed the Word my speech improved, my thought processes were restored and the weakness and paralysis left me.
Glory to God!
I simply came into full agreement with the authority of God's word and spoke what He says out of my mouth and Jesus Christ healed me completely.

The word of God is like spiritual medicine promoting health and healing to the spirit, soul and body.
It is available to everyone and all we have to do is follow the divine prescription by taking in our daily dose and applying it to our lives as directed by the Great Physician - Christ the healer.
Ask yourself this:
Am I interested in good health? Do I want to be made well?
Jesus said the following words after His resurrection:
"And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly it will be no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover."
- Mark 16:17-18
The phrase He spoke - they will recover -- literally means they will be well.
Do you want to be well?
Jesus says it is more than possible. He is willing.
"Revelation 19:10 says 'the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy'. When you hear or read a testimony, and if you are having the same health issue, you are prophesying health to your body."
